Milwaukie sits in a useful spot for me — close to inner southeast Portland without the parking, and easy to reach in the evening, which is when a lot of people would rather have me come round anyway.

The housing here is mixed: mid-century houses, some older cottages near the river, and newer infill. That mix shows up in the work. On the older end I see the plaster-and-lath wifi problem familiar from Portland proper.
